History
The Conference on Multilingualism actually has a longstanding tradition, albeit under different names. It started in 2005 at the University of Trento as ‘Workshop on Bilingualism’. Since then, the conference has also been held under the title ‘Workshop of Neurobilingualism’ and ‘Neurobilingualism’. As of 2016, the conference is known under the name ‘Conference on Multilingualism’. This makes the current edition number 11 in the gathering.
