Registration
You can now register for COM 2018. Registration fees are presented below. Early-bird fees are applicable until 17th November 2018. Students and doctoral students can benefit from a reduced fee. If you have a student status, just send your certificate of enrolment to com2018@ugent.be.
To register, please click to register and complete the form. Included in the fee are lunches and coffee breaks. Hence, we ask you to inform us about any food allergies and meal restrictions (e.g. gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan). Also indicate whether you would like to attend the welcome reception (free of charge) and the conference dinner.
Payments can be fulfilled via VISA/MasterCard or via bank transfer. More information and transaction details will be given after your have completed the form.
